YEOVIL TOWN FC FOOTBALL CHAIRMAN MARTIN HELLIER FACES NON -MOLESTATION ORDER APPLIED FOR TO THE COURT

Global247news understands from court records an application has been received for a Non - Molestation order against Mr Martin Hellier, the current owner and Chairman of Yeovil Town Football Club and Managing Director of the Hellier Group.

A Non - Molestation order 

A non-molestation order is typically issued to prohibit an abuser from using or threatening physical violence, intimidating, harassing, pestering or communicating with you. An order could prevent the abuser coming within a certain distance of you, your home address or even attending your place of work. It could also include your children in certain circumstances. An order will also prevent an abuser from instructing or encouraging others to do any of those actions.

A non-molestation order can protect you against behaviour that by itself may not be a criminal offence or in situations where the police have responded to a 999 call but then taken the view that there is insufficient evidence to charge your abuser with a criminal offence such as assault. If you have a non-molestation order in place, then the police can arrest your abuser for the offence of breaching that order.

Whilst the details of the application from the female claimant remain private and yet recorded it has come to no surprise to many as Hellier, is on a regular basis on social media making threats to various persons with different agendas.

Martin Hellier, has regularly threatened to kill people, whilst only this week, threatened to ' finish off' his latest partner who decided to leave him. 

He told her: ' Burn in hell Anna - Jack will cry'  ' F@cking Evil Whore'  'You evil calculated bitch'  ' I Will ruin you' 

Although, there have been many instances of such behaviour it's understood over the last few years.

A supporter of the football club, told Global247news:

 ' I'm not surprised at all - he's been abusing women and men for years, the worst thing that could happen was him buying the football club.

' His first wife had to take a restraining order out on him, then the Russian girlfriend found her personal photos plastered on the internet after she ended the relationship, the sad thing is many of the Yeovil fans think he's a hero for saving the football club, all they can see is a ball and a green shirt not how he treats women, even though the club now has a women's football team, sadly by supporting him, they are accepting this type of shocking, disgusting behaviour.'
