According to the court, Ms. Maximen, who had attended the event with her three-year-old daughter and other family members, was stabbed in the groin. The attack caused her to suffer a cardiac arrest, and she remains in critical condition. The court also heard that she has lost a significant amount of blood, experienced a collapsed lung, and may face the possibility of having her leg amputated.

Shakiel Thibou is also charged with possession of a knife in a public place and violent disorder. He appeared in court alongside his brothers, Sheldon Thibou, 24, and Shaeim Thibou, 21. Both brothers are charged with violent disorder and assaulting an emergency worker. Additionally, Sheldon Thibou faces a charge of possessing a stun gun.

During the hearing, the three brothers, dressed in grey tracksuits, confirmed their names, dates of birth, and addresses. Shakiel and Sheldon Thibou, both from Hammersmith, west London, did not enter pleas, while Shaeim Thibou, from Fulham, south-west London, indicated a not guilty plea.

District Judge John Zani denied bail to all three defendants, who have been remanded into custody. They are scheduled to appear together for a hearing at the Old Bailey on September 25.
